The Location
This year, the Solar O&M Summit is moving to Barcelona, reflecting the event’s core idea: each edition takes place in a different European metropolis, bringing the community closer to key markets and new opportunities.
For 2026, Barcelona was selected for its strong renewable energy ecosystem, international accessibility, and its ideal setting for high-level networking and industry exchange.
The conference will be hosted fully in Spanish at the World Trade Center Barcelona, a premium waterfront venue designed for international events. With excellent transport links, nearby hotels, and Barcelona’s vibrant business and cultural atmosphere, the World Trade Center provides the right combination of professionalism, convenience, and memorable surroundings for this year’s Summit.
The Agenda
Over two days, the Solar O&M Summit brings together the full solar lifecycle: EPC, commissioning, O&M performance, safety, and field operations.
Day 1 focuses on utility-scale EPC and commissioning, with keynotes, panels, case studies, and breakout tracks; plus dedicated networking time throughout the day and an evening drink & awards moment.
Day 2 is centred on safety and solar cleaning operations, featuring practical sessions, best-practice case studies, and an expert-led safety panel and workshop with FallProtec, finishing with a forward-looking discussion on the future of solar O&M.
