Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases for the O&M Summit organised by SolarCleano SARL, registered at 2-4 Rue Gustave Loosé, 8346 Grass, Luxembourg.

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable once purchased. No refunds will be issued in the event that a participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, professional obligations, travel disruptions, visa issues, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

If a participant chooses not to attend the event, no full or partial refund will be granted.

In the event that the O&M Summit is fully cancelled by SolarCleano SARL, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid. Refunds will be limited strictly to the amount paid for the ticket and will not include any additional costs such as travel, accommodation, visa fees, or other related expenses.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. In such cases, refunds will not be granted unless explicitly decided by the Organiser at its sole discretion.

All approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
