Terms and Conditions

The O&M Summit is organised by SolarCleano SARL, registered at 2-4 Rue Gustave Loosé, 8346 Grass, Luxembourg (“the Organiser”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Registration for the O&M Summit is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable ticket fee. All tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorised in writing by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if the participant cannot provide valid identification or proof of purchase.

All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, travel restrictions, visa issues, personal or professional reasons, or schedule changes announced prior to the event. No refunds will be granted except in the case of full cancellation of the event by the Organiser.

In the event that the O&M Summit is fully cancelled by the Organiser, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price actually paid. Refunds will apply exclusively to the ticket fee and shall not cover any additional expenses, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation, visa fees, or any other indirect or consequential losses. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and refunds in such cases shall remain at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, schedule, format, or venue where necessary. Such modifications shall not entitle participants to any refund or compensation.

The Organiser shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, damage, delay, or expenses incurred by participants during or in connection with the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Participants attend and participate in the event at their own risk.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, regulatory restrictions, strikes, health emergencies, or other force majeure events.

Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without entitlement to any refund.

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept that photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be taken during the event. These materials may be used by SolarCleano SARL for communication, promotional, and marketing purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the Organiser in writing prior to the event.

Personal data collected during registration and participation will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy published on the Website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the O&M Summit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
